Fire protection systems in Panama — Installation, maintenance & inspection

We install and maintain fire suppression and fire alarm systems to NFPA standards, under current Panama Fire Department licenses. We serve residential, commercial and industrial buildings: fire pumps, sprinklers, standpipes, valves, hydrants, detection and stairwell pressurization.

What's included

Fire suppression

Design and installation of sprinkler systems, diesel and electric fire pumps, valves, hydrants, hose cabinets and foam systems to NFPA 13, 14 and 20.

Fire alarm

Detection, monitoring and alarm with Notifier and Hochiki. Programming, commissioning and stairwell pressurization (Loren Cook).

Maintenance & inspection (NFPA 25)

Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire pumps, valves, sprinklers, cabinets and system pressures, with reference to NFPA 25 and technical reports for property managers and insurers.

Assessment & technical reports

We evaluate system condition, identify operational risks and issue technical reports with code-compliance recommendations.

NFPA 25 inspection, testing and maintenance — with a report for the Fire Department and your insurer

NFPA 25 defines what has to be inspected, tested and maintained in a water-based fire protection system, and how often: weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. ISELEC runs that full program with NFPA WBITM-certified personnel and DINASEPI suppression license DN-038-2025:

Fire pump: weekly or monthly no-flow churn tests and the annual flow test with a calibrated meter, performance curve and comparison against the nameplate.
Sprinklers, standpipes and valves: visual inspection, control and alarm valve tests, main drain test and gauges.
Hose cabinets, hoses and hydrants: inspection and testing on the schedule set by the standard.
Signed report: classified deficiencies, photos, measurements and recommendations — the document your administration submits to the Fire Department and the insurer.
