We offer annual and semi-annual preventive maintenance plans tailored to each client. Contracts include scheduled visits — weekly, monthly or yearly depending on equipment type and criticality — with technicians performing inspection, cleaning, calibration and adjustment routines under documented procedures.
We use infrared thermography to detect hot spots in switchboards, motors and transformers before they become failures, and measure grounding resistance as part of the electrical routines.
Every intervention is recorded in a condition report with findings, work performed and recommendations, so building management keeps each asset’s history and can plan what comes next.

One maintenance contract for every critical system in your building
Fire protection specialists don’t service the generator set, and generator dealers don’t touch the fire protection system. At ISELEC a single contract covers the four systems a building administration has to keep in compliance, with one point of contact and one report:
- Fire protection system: fire pumps, sprinklers, valves, hose cabinets and detection, inspected and tested at the frequencies set by NFPA 25 and NFPA 72.
- Stairwell pressurization: start-up tests, differential pressures and integration with the alarm system.
- Emergency generator set: periodic routines and load tests per NFPA 110, automatic transfer switch and batteries.
- Domestic water pumping: constant-pressure systems, seals, bearings and control panels.
Every visit is documented in a condition report with findings and recommendations, and the administration receives what the Fire Department, the insurer and the board ask for: licenses with resolution numbers, current insurance and signed reports.
