Why ISELEC
Every system we install or maintain comes with the documentation your building administration, the Fire Department and your insurer will ask for: licenses with resolution numbers, current liability insurance and reports signed by licensed, certified personnel. And every service starts with a technical assessment, so that we propose real, executable solutions.
DINASEPI licenses with numbers and validity
Resolutions DN-038-2025 (suppression), DN-086-2025 (alarm) and DN-008-2025 (pressurization), valid through 2027 and backed by liability insurance of up to B/.1,000,000. Copies available on request.
Panama's first NFPA WBITM certification
WBITM is the NFPA certification in inspection, testing and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems (NFPA 25). ISELEC's own personnel were the first in the country to earn it: your inspections are carried out by certified staff.
Assessment before proposal
We evaluate the real condition of your systems before putting any scope on paper.
International brand representation
Armstrong Fluid Technology, FMT Group, Loren Cook, Notifier and Hochiki — direct supply and installation.
How we work
Four steps we follow on every job, from the field survey to the handover report.
1. Assessment
We gather information on site, verify the actual condition of the system and identify faults or risks.
2. Technical proposal
We prepare a solution matched to the required scope, prioritizing safety, operational continuity and feasibility.
3. Execution
We carry out the work with certified technical personnel, proper tooling and scope follow-up.
4. Handover & report
We document findings, work performed and recommendations whenever the service calls for it.
Featured projects
Three projects delivered in 2026, with the technical scope actually executed. Where we do not hold written authorization to use a client’s name, the project is described without identifying them.
